The Code of Ethics of the PGE Capital Group, of which Bestgum Polska is a member company, is a set of values and principles applicable throughout the entire PGE Group. The Code defines the fundamental ethical values of the PGE Group and the standards expected from employees, co-workers, contractors, and business partners.
The work culture within the PGE Capital Group is based on three values: partnership, development, and responsibility. Our most important principles relate to attitudes toward the company, employees, business activities, and external relations.
Our values are:
PARTNERSHIP – for us, it means employees identifying with the PGE Capital Group and the resulting cooperation; it is effective and creative collaboration leading to synergy in every area of our activities – for the benefit of customers, owners, employees, and business partners; it stems from good cooperation between companies, business lines, and other segments, as well as between individual employees and teams. Partnership means relationships based on respect.
DEVELOPMENT – for us, it is the continuous improvement of people, the organization, processes, and technologies; it means creating conditions for innovation and actively seeking new solutions. Development requires the courage to introduce changes and create a new reality.
RESPONSIBILITY – for us, it means caring for the country’s energy security, the sustainable development of our company, the company as a good workplace, and maintaining the highest standards of occupational health and safety; it is the reliability of both the organization and each of us. Responsibility means honesty in every action we take.
